On a rainy January afternoon, we welcomed a small group into the orchard for our ‘Introduction to Apple Tree Pruning’ workshop. With a mix of theory, hands-on practice and expert guidance, participants learnt how winter pruning helps apple trees stay healthy and productive – and gained the confidence to put it into practice themselves.

On a snowy Sunday in January, we kicked off our first growing workshop at Norton Nurseries, learning the basics of no-dig gardening and getting hands-on building a bed for Spring.
Fresh pea shoots are almost ready to harvest! Grown from our saved Serpette de Guilloteau seed, these tender shoots are a delicious garnish and a perfect way to start the new year.
