Christmas is usually a time of massive food waste, but not in our kitchens! We believe Christmas celebrations should taste fantastic and do good. Our chefs will prepare a delicious, eco-conscious festive meal using rescued surplus and locally grown produce – filling your bellies, reducing Sheffield’s carbon footprint, and bringing your team together.

By booking your Christmas celebration with Food Works, you aren’t just treating your team – you’re supporting our wider community mission. Every £1 we make goes towards building a better, fairer food system for the city.
Each year we:
- Make 60,000 meals in our cafes from surplus and locally grown food
- Save 400 tonnes of food from going to waste
- Feed children for free over all school holidays

Festive Christmas Lunch
What’s included:
- Welcome drinks
- 3-course festive dinner prepared by our expert kitchen

£29.95 per person
Festive Hampers
What’s included:
- A handpicked festive selection from our surplus warehouse
- 3 items made in-house (e.g., homemade granola, caramelized nuts, chutneys, infused oils, or jams)
£24.95 per hamper

We are taking pre-bookings now so our kitchen team can prepare, source ingredients, and craft your hampers in plenty of time!
Simply fill out the booking form to let us know your team size, contact details, and specific dietary requirements. A £10 deposit is required per booking with the remainder due a week before. Hampers are invoiced at full price at the time of booking.
